American Cheese Dip

Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies 10 oz can (Rotel is a name brand)

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

5 oz water

1 lb American Cheese (Not process cheese food or process cheese product; not "singles")


Directions:

In a small slow cooker or medium saucepan over low heat, combine the canned tomatoes, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, and water.


Add cheese, and stirring occasionally, continue heating over low until cheese is melted and it's all well combined.


Serve with really good quality tortilla chips!
